Stephanie showed up week after week with offerings centered on easing anxiety and cultivating calm. Her Sunday live sessions became a place of refuge for many — a space to breathe, soften, and feel less alone. Through her voice and presence, she created a sense of safety, reassurance, and quiet companionship.

Beyond her teaching, Stephanie loved being outdoors — biking, walking, spending time in nature, and especially at the beach, where she felt most herself. She was also a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, living her values with openness, compassion, and integrity.

This gathering is a shared space of remembrance, gratitude, and love — a reflection of the impact Stephanie had on our community and the many lives she touched.
